President & Chief Executive Officer

Andrew brings a dynamic combination of technical, commercial and strategic business insight to his role as the President & CEO of Aloi. With more than 30 years of experience in various business, manufacturing and engineering positions he brings a progressive approach to growth focusing on the customers’ experience and continuous improvement. Andrew has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University in the North of England and advanced training in business leadership from Indiana University. Andrew strives to balances the technical, operational and customer service needs of all of Aloi’s partners and clients.

Imran Parekh

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Imran provides strong, sound leadership to the financials of the company. A respected leader with high performing analytical skills and extensive management experience in the manufacturing space, he oversees all fiscal aspects of Aloi with integrity and skilled business acumen. Imran holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Finance from the University at Buffalo.

Jeff Gambrill

Executive Vice President, Sales

As the EVP of Sales, Jeff is passionate about finding the right solutions for Aloi’s customers. Jeff’s vast career experience, in combination with his educational background allows him to be a sought after resource for developing key consultative insights. Clients value both his business, as well as, technical solutions approach to problem solving. Jeff has earned both an MBA and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Jeff also holds seven product development patents and has completed numerous continuous education programs in order to stay current and provide the most value to the customers of Aloi.

Robert Manion

Robert Manion

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Bob Manion has extensive business experience stemming from many years at Aloi Materials Handing & Automation, as well as other leading Fortune 500 companies. Bob has earned both an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management and is a role model in putting the customer first by fostering business integrity and customer appreciation. He is also highly knowledgeable in a variety of process improvement areas such as Six Sigma and Lean. In his free time Bob enjoys time on the lake with his family.

Jim Morris

Jim Morris

Executive Vice President, Automation

Jim has a long history in robotics; as a pioneer of the industry he has more than 30 years of expertise providing custom solutions to complex customer requirements. Jim is the founder of Automated Cells & Equipment which is now a part of Aloi Materials Handling & Automation. Jim has earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and his MBA from St. Ambrose University. When not at work, Jim enjoys family time and being on the water sailing and boating.

Michael Lucey

Michael Lucey

Director, Application Engineering & Marketing

Mike has 20 years of experience with Automated Cells & Equipment. Prior to ACE, Mike held roles in systems engineering and materials handling & automation consulting. Mike leads key business function areas including conceptual design, cost estimating, marketing, product design and product management. Mike earned a BS in Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College.

Chris Cornett

Chris Cornett

Director of Service and Aftermarket

Chris brings 19 years of experience spanning from the military to private sector. His extensive experience in aftermarket environments brings technical and business insight to this portion of the organization. Chris earned his MBA from NC State University and is an avid Wolfpack fan. Chris enjoys spending time with his family and fishing in his spare time.

Karen Marsh

Karen Marsh

Human Resources Manager

Karen is a senior human resources professional with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of business areas including high tech engineering, manufacturing and the service industry. Karen’s human resources experience includes work in employee relations, benefits, recruitment, training, onboarding and managing change due to mergers and acquisitions. Karen earned a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Counseling Education from Syracuse University.
